(Mat 7:1-5 KJV) Judge not, that ye be not judged. 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? 7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
[In Torah all the judging was done by those appointed to that position. I have always believed this scripture speaks to the spiritual as well as the physical. None of us can read the heart of another no matter how well or how long we have known each other for the heart is desperately wicked and only Yahweh can read its deepest secrets. No not even the person themselves know what goodness or what wickedness they are capable of until they are tested.]
(Isa 66:5 KJV) Hear the word of Yahweh, ye that tremble at His word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for My name's sake, said, Let Yahweh be magnified: but He shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
[Many of us have been judged by a congregation and dis-fellowshipped because of how we express the names of Yahweh and Yahshua. As with all of this walk we are each individually responsible before Yahweh for our own choices, including what comes out of our mouths. Why would I refuse to worship with you as long as you are not blaspheming His name?]
(Psa 51:7-13 KJV) Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 51:8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. 51:9 Hide Thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O Almighty; and renew a right spirit within me. 51:11 Cast me not away from Thy presence; and take not Thy set-apart spirit from me. 51:12 Restore unto me the joy of Thy salvation; and uphold me with Thy free spirit. 51:13 Then will I teach transgressors Thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto Thee.
[David had the right attitude: clean me up Father and then, and then I will be in a position to correct my fellowmen, and do it in a loving way.]
(Eze 3:18-21 KJV) When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 3:19 Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. 3:20 Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 3:21 Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.
(Mat 12:43-45 KJV) When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 12:44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 12:45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
[These verses plainly spell out the problem. When one who has heard the words of truth and turns from that truth they are to be warned. Likewise those who have not heard the truth often open themselves to correction. In some cases they may be a person from our past who will know when we ourselves partook of that same sin, gladly. If we have truly repented of that sin then we are in a position to show what Yahweh has given us in its place. If you take something out you leave an emptiness that nature will fill if you do not.]
(Mat 7:7-11 KJV) Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 7:8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. 7:9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? 7:10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
(Jer 29:11-14 KJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. 29:12 Then shall ye call upon Me, and ye shall go and pray unto Me, and I will hearken unto you. 29:13 And ye shall seek Me, and find Me, when ye shall search for Me with all your heart. 29:14 And I will be found of you, saith Yahweh: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith Yahweh; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.
(2Co 7:9-11 KJV) Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a righteous manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.
7:10 For righteous sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. 7:11 For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a righteous sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter.
[Matthew ends in verse 11 and Jeremiah picks up the thread. If you seek you will find what you are truly looking for. If it is Yahweh and His kingdom then you will be brought to a place of peace. Can't seem to find that place? then ask Yahweh to show you what is standing between you. So often it something we have not considered but when looked at from Yahweh’s throne it is seen as an uncleanliness. Seems minor to us but Yahweh knows each of us and knows what will be, or is already, a stumbling block for us.]
(Mat 7:12-14 KJV) Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
(Lev 19:17-18 KJV) Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am Yahweh.
(Mic 6:6-8 KJV) Wherewith shall I come before Yahweh, and bow myself before the high Almighty? shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old? 6:7 Will Yahweh be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth Yahweh require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy Almighty?
[We are called to be narrow minded! Our boundaries are set by scripture beginning with the first five books of scripture. Every time we seek to expand those boundaries we are fighting against Yahweh. Our treatment of others gives a clue to how closely we walk with Yahweh and Yahshua. How we care for ourselves is also an indicator of that walk. If we are glad to be on the narrow path we will be sure we are leading a balanced life. We need time for Yahweh, a quiet time without distraction. We need to give our bodies proper nutrition so our minds will function properly and they will be able to support the heart and mind given to us. Mica 6.8 tells us what that looks like: we do justly not just talk about it, we show mercy not just talk about it or make excuses as how ‘they’ do not deserve mercy, and when we walk humbly before Yahweh we will admit that we also have done nothing to be worthy of His love and salvation. But wonders of wonders He loves us enough that when we repent of our self will He shows us justice through the shed blood of Yahshua, liberally sprinkled with mercy.]
(Mat 7:15-20 KJV) Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
(Isa 9:13-16 KJV) For the people turneth not unto him that smiteth them, neither do they seek Yahweh of hosts. 9:14 Therefore Yahweh will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day. 9:15 The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail. 9:16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.
[We look to the money people and the government to save us from destruction. How can they save anybody since they themselves are under judgment? We look to religion to point us to safety then refuse to follow the plain teachings of scripture because we listen to those that say ‘free choice and endless forgiveness without true repentance’.]
(Isa 5:1-5 KJV) Now will I sing to my well beloved a song of my beloved touching His vineyard. My well beloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill: 5:2 And He fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes. 5:3 And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt Me and My vineyard.
5:4 What could have been done more to My vineyard, that I have not done in it? wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes? 5:5 And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to My vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down:
[As Yahweh did for Israel so He has done for this continent, both the USA and Canada. Lush vegetation, wide oceans to separate us from our enemies, and the freedom to worship Him as our hearts direct. What have we given in return? Out right rebellion in both the public and private realms]
(Pro 10:6-16 KJV) Blessings are upon the head of the just: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. 10:7 The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot. 10:8 The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall. 10:9 He that walketh uprightly walketh surely: but he that perverteth his ways shall be known. 10:10 He that winketh with the eye causeth sorrow: but a prating fool shall fall. 10:11 The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. 10:12 Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins. 10:13 In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding. 10:14 Wise men lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction. 10:15 The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty. 10:16 The labour of the righteous tendeth to life: the fruit of the wicked to sin.
[Proverbs gives us example after of example of action followed by consequence. We truly are without excuse for we have ready access to His word in a multitude of modes, most of it free. The expensive teachings are those of men by which they make a good living.]
(Mat 7:21-23 KJV) Not every one that saith unto Me, Master, Master, Master, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of My Father which is in heaven. 7:22 Many will say to Me in that day, Master, Master, have we not prophesied in Thy name? and in Thy name have cast out devils? and in Thy name done many wonderful works? 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.
(Isa 48:1-11 KJV) Hear ye this, O house of Jacob, which are called by the name of Israel, and are come forth out of the waters of Judah, which swear by the name of Yahweh, and make mention of the Almighty of Israel, but not in truth, nor in righteousness. 48:2 For they call themselves of the set-apart city, and stay themselves upon the Almighty of Israel; Yahweh of hosts is His name. 48:3 I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of My mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass. 48:4 Because I knew that thou art obstinate, and thy neck is an iron sinew, and thy brow brass; 48:5 I have even from the beginning declared it to thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee: lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them. 48:6 Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them. 48:7 They are created now, and not from the beginning; even before the day when thou heardest them not; lest thou shouldest say, Behold, I knew them. 48:8 Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb. 48:9 For My name's sake will I defer mine anger, and for My praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off. 48:10 Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. 48:11 For Mine own sake, even for Mine own sake, will I do it: for how should My name be polluted? and I will not give My esteem unto another.
(Mal 3:16 KJV) Then they that feared Yahweh spake often one to another: and Yahweh hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared Yahweh, and that thought upon His name. 3:17 And they shall be Mine, saith Yahweh of hosts, in that day when I make up My jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 3:18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth Almighty and him that serveth Him not.
[In spite of all Yahweh has done to show us Himself and His great love we continue to insist that He gave us free will so He should not punish us when we insist on our way as opposed to His way. When we use that freedom of choice to chose evil over Yahweh we bring the consequences on ourselves. Let me state here that I believe there is no neutrality in the fight between good and evil. If it is not of Yahweh it will lead to evil even if it is not evil in of itself. It is true that Yahweh could have stopped or lessened those consequences, but then that would have been an action that interfered with our free will for it is ourselves that have made the choice or choices that led to that point. We have the lesson of Job, who did get it right, and how he was tested. So not all bad that happens to us is a direct consequence of our personal choice, but also the choices of others that impinge on our lives.
Human judges make mistakes and cave under pressure, but not Yahweh. His pronouncements will stand because He is the author of all strength and none can overcome Him. It is His strength lent to us that gives us the power to overcome all evil, not any inherent goodness in us.]
(Mat 7:24-27 KJV) Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of Mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 7:25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 7:26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: 7:27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
(Job 28:28 KJV) And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Most High, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.
(Isa 1:16-20 KJV) Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before Mine eyes; cease to do evil; 1:17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith Yahweh: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: 1:20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of Yahweh hath spoken it.
(1Sa 2:30 KJV) Wherefore Yahweh Almighty of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before Me for ever: but now Yahweh saith, Be it far from Me; for them that honour Me I will honour, and they that despise Me shall be lightly esteemed.
(Jer 8:8-9 KJV) How do ye say, We are wise, and the law of Yahweh is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it; the pen of the scribes is in vain. 8:9 The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of Yahweh; and what wisdom is in them?
(Eze 13:8-14 KJV) Therefore thus saith the Most High Yahweh; Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Most High Yahweh. 13:9 And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of My people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Most High Yahweh. 13:10 Because, even because they have seduced My people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter: 13:11 Say unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it. 13:12 Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it? 13:13 Therefore thus saith the Most High Yahweh; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in My fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in My fury to consume it. 13:14 So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am Yahweh.
[Untempered morter – think false doctrine, doctrine of men, twisting of scripture, setting aside parts of scripture as no long relevant, etc.. Also adding to scripture.]
(Eze 13:15-20 KJV) Thus will I accomplish My wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered morter, and will say unto you, The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it; 13:16 To wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Most High Yahweh. 13:17 Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them, 13:18 And say, Thus saith the Most High Yahweh; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of My people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you? 13:19 And will ye pollute Me among My people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to My people that hear your lies? 13:20 Wherefore thus saith the Most High Yahweh; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly. 13:21 Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver My people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am Yahweh. 13:22 Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life: 13:23 Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver My people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am Yahweh.
[Even as Yahweh explains that the ones who lead astray are not the only ones to perish, but those that chose to follow them will meet the same fate as those that led. What satisfaction will that give them? In verse 19 it speaks of the souls of those that should die being kept alive. These are those that want the blessings without the covenant and continue in deliberate sin while claiming the salvation promised to the repentant.]
(Mat 7:28-29 KJV) And it came to pass, when Yahshua had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at His doctrine: 7:29 For He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
(Deu 18:18-19 KJV) I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put My words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. 18:19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto My words which he shall speak in My name, I will require it of him.
(Mal 3:1 KJV) Behold, I will send My messenger, and he shall prepare the way before Me: and the sovereign, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to His temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith Yahweh of hosts. 3:2 But who may abide the day of His coming? and who shall stand when He appeareth? for He is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap: 3:3 And He shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and He shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto Yahweh an offering in righteousness. 3:4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto Yahweh, as in the days of old, and as in former years. 3:5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not Me, saith Yahweh of hosts.
(Joh 5:30-36 KJV) I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and My judgment is just; because I seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent Me. 5:31 If I bear witness of Myself, My witness is not true. 5:32 There is another that beareth witness of Me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of Me is true. 5:33 Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth. 5:34 But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved. 5:35 He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light. 5:36 But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given Me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of Me, that the Father hath sent Me.
(Mic 3:8 KJV) But truly I am full of power by the spirit of Yahweh, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.
[Yahshua came in His Fathers name and lived rightly before all mankind. Yahweh preserved the words of scripture so that we would have a true testimony of Yahweh’s great love for His creatures whom He created to love Him above all. Yahshua lived that life before mankind that we might see how it looks in the flesh.
Most religions teach it is impossible for us to obtain to that plane of existence in this life thereby putting a stumbling block in the path of the weak and ignorant.
Yahweh gave us two examples of human overcoming, to the point they did not see the first death, in the lives of Enoch and Elijah.
All of scripture calls for us to live as they lived, walking with Him minute by minute into the years. Yahweh gave us that power through the shed blood of Yahshua to cover our past sins when we turn from evil, all evil, and turn to the words of Yahweh to set our boundaries.
It is not the boundaries that are so hurtful, it is the wounds we receive trying to avoid complete obedience to those boundaries that weigh us down. The more we insist on our own way the heavier the burden gets until we come to the fork in the road and make a final decision for evil or Yahweh, for there is a point of no return from evil if you continue to insist on your own way.
The words of Yahweh given place in our hearts will lead us into a right path that leads home – at last.]
