Yahweh Has Spoken
Yahweh Has Spoken!
I have often asked Yahweh how He could bear the pain of His children. Why do I ask that question?
Because I find the pain, in my life and the lives of those I care about to, at times, to become so heavy I can hardly sustain the breath in my body. And to think of the pain He bears for us, and He does share and bear our burdens, even when we do not acknowledge Him as our Father – the one who gave us life – that I cannot comprehend. But I am so grateful for Him.
(Isa 1:2-3 TLV) Listen! Heavens, and hear, earth, for Yahweh has spoken: “Sons I have raised and brought up, but they have rebelled against Me. 1:3 The ox knows its owner, and the donkey its manger, but Israel does not know, My people do not understand.”
[Have we really, really considered Yahweh as our provision in all areas of our life? Or do we reserve certain thoughts, feelings and/or actions to be solely under our control? Does Yahweh allow all this picking and choosing, or is that willfulness on our part?]
(Isa 1:4 TLV) Oh, a sinful nation, a people weighed down with iniquity, offspring of evildoers, sons dealing corruptly! They have abandoned Yahweh. They have despised Israel’s Set-apart One. They have turned backwards.
[The nation has been expelled by the land and their evil propensity has filled the earth until it has become a evil intent. We live with both all around us and yes, one or the other is in us.]
(Isa 1:5-6 TLV) Where will you be struck again, as you stray away more and more? The whole head is sick, the whole heart faint. 1:6 From the foot to the head there is no soundness. Wounds, bruises and raw sores: not pressed, nor bandaged, nor softened with oil.
[The physicians of this earth, no matter how willing, cannot heal these problems. Some are willing to point the way, but they are fewer and fewer in number and laws are passed and actions in the boardrooms of men to ban and restrict them. There is only one hope for us!]
(Isa 1:7-8 TLV) Your land is desolate; your cities are burned with fire; your fields, strangers devour it in your presence—a desolation, overthrown by strangers. 1:8 So the Daughter of Zion is left as a sukkah in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.
[This is what is befalling our nation. To whom much is given, much is required. So what is the answer?]
(Isa 1:9 TLV) Unless Yahweh Almighty had left us a small remnant, we would have been as Sodom, we would have been as Gomorrah.
[Yahweh scattered His taught ones – both of ancient times and today – across the earth to gather and teach what has been stolen. Are you willing to be taught meekly [yielding your strength to Him willingly] or do you insist on being corrected?
(Isa 1:10 TLV) Hear the word of Yahweh, you rulers of Sodom! Give ear to the Torah of our Almighty, you people of Gomorrah?
[No matter what your condition or position you are in, are you heeding what you are being offered?
(Isa 1:11-13 TLV) “For what is it to Me—the multitude of your sacrifices?” says Yahweh. “I am full of burnt offerings of rams and fat of fed animals. I have no delight in the blood of bulls, or of lambs or he-goats. 1:12 When you come to appear before Me, who has required this at your hand—trampling My courts? 1:13 Bring no more worthless offerings! Incense is an abomination to Me. New Moon and Shabbat, the calling of convocations—I cannot endure it—iniquity with solemn assembly.
[These verses are very often used to try and set aside the requirements of Yahweh for those who would enter into righteous thinking and obedience. But notice it is NOT YAHWEH ALMIGHTY'S Torah that He hates but those teachings and practices man has mixed and mingled with the love of evil things and persons, thus polluting His teachings.]
(Isa 1:15 TLV) When you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you. When you multiply prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood!”
[Until we turn from ALL evil, willingly, He will not heal or hear us. Does that mean that I must have obtained to the perfection of His desire for us before He will heed my prayer. NO!!! and NO again! Not if we chose to repent when shown our error.]
(Isa 1:16-19 TLV) Wash and make yourselves clean. Put away the evil of your deeds from before My eyes. Cease to do evil. 1:17 Learn to do good, seek justice, relieve the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow.” 1:18 “Come now, let us reason together,” says Yahweh. “Though your sins be like scarlet, they will be as white as snow. Though they be red like crimson, they will become like wool.1:19 If you are willing and obey, you will eat the good of the land.
[We must be WILLING to allow our Father and our Elder Brother to wash and teach us. We are called to reason - not emotion. We are called to allow ourselves to have our minds Re-Newed. How can we be recalled to that which we have never known, having already received the teachings men have added or deleted?
Let us reason together:
All good things come from above from the Father in whom is no shadow of turning.
We are all created in His image to be like Him!
If the above is true – and I assure you experience has taught me it is – then how can it not be true that this is what follows:
He, Yahweh Almighty has placed in everyone, everyone, a knowing that seeks to come to Him! Nothing else, no one else, can fill the spot He has reserved for Himself. We can and often do block the way ourselves.
No matter! No matter what or how a life has been lived there is always ALWAYS, a place for those willing to obey at His table!
Most or at least many of us have been exposed to this teaching:
“The Father gave us His Son and we are no longer called to repentance as taught in Torah. The reason given – He created us, knows our weaknesses and makes allowances for us to continually fall and be forgiven.” Up to a point this is true. But – without repentance – without giving up the sin forever there can be no forgiveness. Will we stumble? Again and again? Stumbling is not a sin! Refusing to get up and allow Yahweh Almighty to clean us up is the sin. If we are wallowing there is reason to doubt true repentance has been reached.
Only by twisting scriptures can you logically come to the above reasoning and eventually out right lying may be used to entrap those who will not search out the truth of scriptures for themselves.
If Yahweh exists, and He does, we must trust Him. Our hearts desire Him and what He offers. But until we answer the call and allow ourselves to trust Him can we begin to climb out of the mire we are enmeshed in.
If we “know” with our hearts our minds will follow if we allow it.
If you truly “believe” that belief will be followed by action on your part. He is already acting in you at those times and will continue to act in you, unless you allow “unbelief” to rob you of the prize He has set before you.
I believe Yahweh is the author of all creation! I believe Yahweh created man as an act of love and a desire for man to have a personal relationship with HIM! Because I believe His word as an act of love that He gave willingly – just as He willingly gave His only begotten Son to lead and save me, I therefore also believe, no matter what proof evil intent gives me, He has kept His Hand on His Word that I might find my way too Him:
What more can I say! What more can He do to draw you to Himself?
His word speaks to the seeking heart if it will seek Him!
